Yulia Hasty, the founder of the firm, is a member in good standing with the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is authorized to practice law in all 50 States. Yulia graduated from the University of Southern California School of Law in Los Angeles, California and cum laude from the Ural State Law Academy in Yekaterinburg, Russia.

Attorney Hasty’s practice areas include family reunification, green cards, citizenship, consular processing as well as asylum, visas for victims of human trafficking and crimes, waivers, and other types of reliefs. She represents clients before USCIS, Immigration Courts throughout the United States, and U.S. Embassies worldwide.

Prior to finding the firm, Ms. Hasty interned at the Los Angeles Superior Court in Long Beach, CA and worked as an associate attorney at highly regarded immigration law firms in Los Angeles and San Diego, CA. 

Attorney Hasty is fluent in English and Russian.
